:: 近部取穴 Selection of Nearby Points ::  

 此法是指在病变的局部和邻近选穴。是所有穴位都能主治穴位所在的局部病和邻近病的具体运用，如眼病取睛明穴，鼻病取迎香穴，耳病取听官穴，胃病取中脘穴等，是局部取穴，多用于慢性病；如病变局部穴位有溃烂、创伤、瘢痕等，不宜针灸时，可先邻近穴位。邻近选穴，即在病位的邻近取穴，如鼻病取印堂、上星，胃病取天枢、气海等，此法多用于治疗脏腑、五官疾病。

  
 Selection of nearby points refers to selecting points in the lord area and the adjacent area of the disease. All the points selected can treat the disease of the local area and adjacent area. For instance, Jingming(BL.1) is selected for eye disease, YingXiang(LI20) for nose disease, Tinggong(SI19) for ear disease, and Zhongwan(CV12) for epigastric disease. This is called the selection of local points, it is mainly used for chronic diseases. When there are ulcer, injury and scar in the local area of disease, accupuncture may not be applied; points of the adjacent area can be selected. Selection of adjacent points refers to selecting points inthe adjacent area of disease, for example, Yintang(EX-HN3) and Shangxing(DU23) are selected for nose disease; Qihai(CV6) and Tianshu(ST25) for gastric disorder. This is chiefly employed for diseases of Zang-Fu organs and five sense organs.
