十五、提高丙型肝炎患者对治疗的依从性
患者的依从性是影响疗效的一个重要因素。医生应在治疗开始前向患者详细解释本病的自然病程，并说明抗病毒治疗的必要性、现有抗病毒治疗的疗程、疗效及所需的费用等。还应向患者详细介绍药物的不良反应及其预防和减轻的方法，以及定期来医院检查的重要性，并多给患者关心、安慰和鼓励，以取得患者的积极配合，从而提高疗效。
